I have several pair of flannel lined jeans that are OK, but they don't look or fit as well as regular jeans. These seem to be something I would wear even if there isn't a blizzard outside. The lining is soft and will stretch with the flex jean material. I have ordered several factory seconds from Carhartt and never noticed anything wrong with them. These did have two spots on the back of one of the legs that seem to be a dye drip as it is about the same color as the pants, just darker. It is not a problem at all.

They fit completely different and the fabric quality is no even close to the same.
